Returns & Exchanges
At Ivelle by Isla, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. However, if your purchase isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please ensure the item is:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Returned with all original packaging and tags intact

• Accompanied by your packing slip or order confirmation

How to Return:
We’ve made the process simple. Complete the return section on your packing slip and post the item back to the address provided. There's no need to contact us in advance — unless you'd like our assistance.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return
