Returns, Exchanges & shipping 

At Ivelle by Isla, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. However, if your purchase isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging and tags intact

  • Accompanied by your packing slip or order confirmation

Refunds

We offer refunds for eligible items that are returned in unworn condition and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem!

  • We’re happy to offer size exchanges for the same style (subject to availability).

  • To arrange an exchange, simply complete the return section on your packing slip and note the size you’d like instead.

Please Note

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.

International Shipping
We ship internationally from Australia. Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout unless otherwise stated.
